Terms of Service

Welcome to Finefolk. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Finefolk, operated by Sara Bellamy, Switzerland, a small-batch nut butter producer. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms below and to the policies referenced within them.

1. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

  • Prices are listed in CHF and include VAT where applicable.

  • You agree to provide complete and accurate information so we can process and deliver your order.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping, delivery times, and carrier details are set out in our [Shipping Policy].

  • Once your order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss or delay passes to you.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • As food products, our nut butters cannot be returned.

  • Refunds or replacements are available only in the cases described in our [Refund Policy].

4. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations can only be accepted under the conditions described in our [Cancellation Policy].

5. Product Variations & Allergies

  • Our nut butters are made in small batches. Slight variations in taste, texture, or appearance may occur.

  • All products contain nuts. Please read ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.

6. Liability

  • Finefolk is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of profit) arising from use of our products.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of the canton where Finefolk is headquartered.
