INGREDIENTS
3 cups whole rolled oats
1 cup Finefolk peanut butter
1/2 cup good vegi oil
2 Tlbs maple syrup
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup lecithin
1 cup cranberries or currants
Heat oven to 170°C/325°F
Mix all the ingredients together
Except for the cranberries
Mix the wet ingredients together
Add to dry ingredients
And mix thoroughly
Bake for 30-40 minutes
Until crunchy & golden
Remove from the oven
Add cranberries/currents
Cool & store in an airtight container
